Originally a teacher of modern dance and a certified teacher of the Alexander Technique, Helen began her studies of Craniosacral Therapy at the Upledger Institute over 20 years ago.

In 2001, she completed a 2-year training in Biodynamic Model of Craniosacral Therapy with the International School for Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy. She assists in a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy training program at the Body Therapy Institute in North Carolina and is the organizer of an advanced Craniosacral Therapy training titled "Working with the Spirits".

Helen brings a wealth of experience to her practice as a Registered Craniosacral Therapist.
