Sharon Fan is a graduate of the Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,
a leading medical school of holistic care in China. She completed her residency at Xi Yuan Hospital, China Academy of Traditional Medicine, in 1985. Thereafter she worked as an internist until 1988, when she came to the United States to pursue post-graduate study in biomedical sciences at Catholic University in Washington, D.C. She was subsequently employed at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research and the Naval Medical Research Institute, where she did advanced research in immune disorders and infectious diseases.
In early 2000, Sharon started receiving training in BioSETTM Allergy Elimination and Enzyme Therapy from Dr. Ellen Cutler, the author of "Winning the War against Immune Disorders & Allergies", "Winning the War against Asthma and Allergies", "The Food Allergy Cure" and "MicroMiracles - The healing Power of Enzymes." Sharon has since incorporated BioSETTM therapies into her practice.
Sharon is certified by the National Commission for the Certification of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) and is licensed to practice in the State of Maryland. She is also a certified BioSETTM practitioner.
